Foods that boost memory power and increase alertness

A healthy and nutritious diet plays an important role in the health of the brain. Modern research indicates that green vegetables like spinach, methi, kale etc. are loaded with minerals and vitamins that help fight inflammation, improve memory and keep your bones strong. So ensure that these leafy vegetables are found on your plate as often as you can.
