Spicy Goan Meat Ball Curry

Spicy Goan Meat Ball Curry

Today we will be sharing about one of the most favorite dish in a goan home , the Spicy Goan meatball curry. Goans call it their comfort food and cook it frequently at home. A Goan style delicious meatball in a spicy gravy.

The goan meatball curry recipe is straight forward and simple. First combine all the meatball ingredients and then prepare the curry step by step. I decided early on in my recipe to add the meatball after cooking the curry . This will not want to overcook the meatballs and make it dry.

Meat ball curry is mostly made during festival season like  Christmas and Easter. This recipe has been passed down from my late grandmother and she used to make it during Christmas or on some special occasions
